How do I update my website content?

To update any content on your website, simply make changes in your Cents Business Manager. Your website will automatically sync with these updates, including:

  • Service offerings and pricing

  • Location information

  • Pickup & delivery service areas

  • Contact details

Can I get the chatbot feature with any website?

Currently, the integrated chatbot is only available for operators who have both:

  • A Cents Website (not legacy website templates)

  • An active Cents Assist subscription

*Legacy website templates cannot support the chatbot functionality.

Can I add custom pages or features to my website?

Cents Websites are designed as a complete, automated solution. Custom pages or features are not available through the standard offering. If you have specific business needs that require additional functionality, please contact your Customer Success Manager to discuss your options.

What happens if I need something removed from my website?

If you need content removed or modified, you must make those changes within your Cents Business Manager. The website will automatically update to reflect these changes. You cannot remove content directly from the website interface.

Can I have multiple websites for my business?

No, each business can only have one Cents Website. This ensures streamlined management and maintains consistency with your Business Manager data. If you need multiple sites, you'll need to contact your Customer Success Manager to discuss alternative solutions.
